Busy Busy Week
This week seems like it has been so busy. . .started out kind of sick Monday and while I didn't feel good I still managed to get the "junk closet" cleaned out and then I just kind of crashed on the couch. Yesterday it was warm again, but in the evening it started raining again. Today was a day of errands and tomorrow is a super busy day, so I haven't been quite as devoted to scrapping this week, but here goes. . .

Welcomed Fall Rain
It has been so very dry here and yesterday it finally started raining!!! Normally folks are pretty disappointed when it rains, but oh my goodness, this is very welcomed!!! Personally I have big plans for this afternoon. . .I am going to go to the sunroom and open the windows a tad so I can hear the gentle rain and smell that sweet aroma. . .then I'm going to get a book and read to my heart's content!!! I got up super early today, ran errands and got my groceries for the week. . .I only have a couple of chores that I need to address but those are low priority and shouldn't take long at all!!! If I get tired reading then I'm going to go finish watching House Hunters and there is a Grey's Anatomy and Scandal out on the DVR so today is a day of guilty pleasures. But, before I get to that I want to share with you some of my work from this week. . .

October Daze
We are finally getting some much needed rain this morning. . .and I have to admit it is pretty awesome. It has been almost unbearably hot an humid the past couple of days. . .and I picked that time to clean out closets. That was NOT the best timing on my part :-) I have one closet to clean today and then I'm doing the worse one next week. With the heat the past couple of days I spent some time just sitting at the computer scrapping so here goes. . .

Sweltering
Well, in this part of the country we are experiencing record highs!!! I can't believe that homecoming is this weekend here and the high is going to be around 93!!! The area football games could be brutal tonight for all involved!!!
As hot as it has been, I've been staying indoors as much as possible and, you guessed it, cleaning and scrapping!!!
