May 2026 - Week 03

May is moving right along and it is such a busy time!!! Today our oldest granddaughter graduated from high school. It seems like it was just yesterday that she was sitting on the living room floor playing with Barbies or reading a book. . .she is a voracious reader still, but the Barbies have fallen by the wayside. On Monday our grandson and youngest grand "graduates" from middle school. . .when I was a kid, it was called commencement because it was just the start of a new phase of life I guess :-) When we had my ceremony, Dad was the president of the school board so he actually gave me my grade school diploma. . .wish I had a photo of that, but I only have 5 photos from my childhood. . .no idea where everything else went over time. . .Anyway, here's what I've managed to do this week. . .not much because this week has had its challenges, but here goes
