Frantic Frenzy

The week before Thanksgiving seems like a complete and total whirlwind to me. Between planning, cleaning and shopping, I'm exhausted!!! But this signals the beginning of the holiday period for me. After the feast next week, we move on to The Nutcracker, Christmas programs, holiday shopping and the fun chaos that ensues!!! I have a lot to finish even before the end of November so I hope I can get it all accomplished!!!

I have managed to do a little bit of scrapping so here goes. . . Created using Created using Created using Created using And, with that I am outta here to go work on Thanksgiving "stuff"!!! Until next time. . .

Early. . .

I ran a bunch of errands yesterday while the weather was nice. In virtually every store I walked in they were playing Christmas music!!! Now, don't get me wrong, I do love Christmas music, but this is just a tad early in my opinion!!! I am feeling like a failure at this point because I don't have my Christmas cards or Christmas stamps!!! I have no idea where the time has gone this year. . .

This past week I've been focusing on trying to get the 2020 calendars done, but I've managed to do a bit of scrapping that I can share so here goes. . . First Snow

Well, our first snow came on Halloween. . .as I look outside, it is still white!!! With a wind chill of 19-degrees, we only had 3 trick or treaters last night. . .it was too cold, so we called it a night around 6:30 after it got dark. And speaking of dark, it is sure going to be a lot darker at night starting Sunday!!! I think the drastic switch from sunlight at 5 pm to complete darkness is just too much for this body to take!!! I am already looking forward to the longer days once the time changes back in the spring!!!
