WOW - Not Again

Been a rough week. . .2 weeks ago I broke my left foot, then last week, I started having considerable pain in the OTHER leg. By Sunday morning it was so red and swollen and hot I had to go to Prompt Care. Turns out I have an infection in what is now my "good" leg!!! I can honestly say there are a couple of days I just cannot remember. So needless to say, my scrapping time has been limited. But I have managed a couple of pages so here goes. . . Created using Created using Created using Created using This is a fairly short list for me this week, but that is all she wrote. . .I am outta here to get a start on the weekend!!! Summer's End

Well, for me it seems like summer is now over. . .I spent last week with 2 of the grandkids before they start school this week. We chilled, we had a yard sale - that was a first for them, we went to the State Fair and now they are back home with their parents and start school later this week. The other granddaughter has one more week of freedom before she starts school. All of this seems too early to me, but now it is time to settle in and get ready for fall. As for me, I need to take this week to clean my house but with a broken foot it just takes a lot longer to accomplish even the most simple thing!!!

With the grands here, I have to admit my scrapping has suffered somewhat - there was never a dull moment when they were here!!! But I do want to share what little I have done. . . Where Did Summer Go???

Oh my goodness, normally I would be sweating to death right about no. . .the end of July has always been super hot here, but today it is cool. I halfway expect to turn around and see the leaves changing!!! The corn here was tasseling long before the 4th of July. I am going to savor these few days because I will bet anything it gets super hot again!!! You watch, I'll be tempted to run my air late in September this year!!!

At any rate, I am slowly getting back into scrapping. I have lofty plans for the next few weeks so we'll see if that happens or not :-) But here goes with my current work. . .
