October - Week 04

WOWZERS!!! We actaully had a little bit of rain during the night!!! It has been so incredibly dry here and since I live in the middle of corn and soybean area there have been several field fires!!! I live next to a wooded state park and some idiot in our neighborhood was shooting off fireworks last weekend!!! Not sure exactly what part of that seemed like it was a good idea!!! They really do need to teach common sense in school these days LOL!!! I've been busy with all sorts of things but I have managed to do a little bit of scrapping so here goes. . . October - Week 3

October is moving right along. . Halloween is in just a couple of weeks and then the harsh reality of the time change kicks in. I hate having to set the clocks back one hour in the fall. . .I do so much better when there is daylight at 8pm!!! Speaking of work, here's this week's stuff. . . October - Week 2

Well, I think I saw the northern lights last night!!! And the weather is still really topsy turvy. . .one day it is in the upper 80's and the next we wake up to temperatures in the 40's. There is a forecast of frost for early next week. . .and the days are definitely getting a LOT shorter. I do enjoy the longer days - I'm way more productive LOL!!! Anyway, with the excitement of DSD in the rearview mirror, I've moved on and done a bit of scrapping this week so here goes. . . Created using Created using Created using Created using And that's a wrap for me today!!! Speaking of "wrap" I need to spend today looking for my fav sweatshirt!!! October - Week 01

It is hard to believe that it is October already. . .where did the time go? Around here they started putting Christmas stuff in the stores the 3rd week of September!!! So if you venture into WalMart you can pick up some Halloween candy and Christmas cards!!! YIKES!!! The weather continues to be all over the place so that is kind of wacky but harvest is in full swing so it must be getting close to fall right? Anyway, I've done some scrapping for this busy time of here so here goes. . .
