March 2025 - Week 02

Another topsy turvy weather week here!!! One day this week we had so much wind there are several trees that lost good-sized limbs in our neighborhood and some of those revealed some BIG problems in a couple of trees. If the neighbors don't have them taken out, Mother Nature will take care of the job herself. . .one of those trees is pretty much hollow in the middle!!! Today there is snow about 5 miles north of us. . .but stick around a day or so it should be close to 70 the first part of the week. And, can I just say I'm anticipating the time change. When I was younger, I enjoyed the whole "fall back" thing because of the extra hour of sleep, but these days, I'd much rather have that extra hour of daylight in the evening!!! I just feel like I can get so much more done when it is daylight outside. . .but then again, we have had nothing but clouds for what seems like forever!!! I've managed to do a little bit of scrapping but have primarily had a good old time doing some spring cleaning. . .why does that spring cleaning seem so much more fun that the normal day to day cleaning??? Go figure!!!
